MPB series gear pump
The MPB series magnetic drive gear pump is a new type of gear pump. The gears are made of high-performance engineering plastic PEEK, and the housing and gear shaft are made of high-quality 316L stainless steel. The sealing ring (FKM) structure is sealed, which has stronger wear resistance and high temperature resistance, and is more stable. By coupling internal and external magnetic drives to transmit power, leak free transportation can be achieved. FKM has stronger wear resistance and high temperature performance, and PTFE has stronger acid, alkali and corrosion resistance. Installation and usage instructions
1. Remove the inlet and outlet plugs and install matching threaded joints. The inlet and outlet joints of the pump must be wrapped with raw material tape, especially at the inlet, as there will be no suction if there is air leakage.
2. The pump should be placed as close as possible to the liquid source, and the size of the inlet and outlet pipes should not be smaller than the size of the pump body joint. The pipe length should be shortened as much as possible, and if the pipe is too long, the pipe diameter should be increased.
3. Install in the direction indicated by the arrow on the end cap during installation, otherwise liquid cannot be absorbed.
4. Please ensure that there is liquid inside the pump body. If the dismantling pipe is not used for a long time, please install a plug to protect the gear. Otherwise, dry transfer may cause permanent damage to the pump.
5. When using the pump for the first time, please flush the pump pipeline and install a filter in the inlet pipe. The filtration accuracy requires that the particle diameter in the liquid be less than 20 microns.
6. When the pump is working continuously, please cool it down in a timely manner.
